Who we are:
Mark Long Founder, Director
The Founder of Allure Retail, Mark has over 10 years’ experience in Shopping Centre Management, Leasing and Tenancy Coordination. Prior to working in the Shopping Centre Industry, Mark worked for 13 years with Woolworths, from store-based roles to Project and Buying roles in their National Office. Mark is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

Gemma Odgers Leasing Administration Manager
Gemma worked for 5 years in financial planning and superannuation industries, gaining her Diploma in Financial Planning, prior to her role as Office Administrator for Engage Capital. She shortly progressed from this role to managing the ARIO Leasing and Tenancy Coordination Administration. Gemma has recently returned and currently manages the Allure Retail office part time, since becoming a full time mum.

Sarah Heales Leasing Administration
Sarah began her professional career in a Business Administration Traineeship with host employer ARIO in 2014. She stayed on with ARIO upon completion of the traineeship, assisting Gemma with Leasing and Tenancy Coordination Administration. Sarah is continuing her studies while providing administrative and marketing support to Allure Retail’s clients.
